And, unfortunately, there is also no doubt that Charlie is terrified.
He does great on his leash…except when he has to walk past the rows of other kennels. He hears the barking and the chaos and just shuts down. He won’t walk, he tucks his tail, and his legs shake so much that you can see it from across the room.
But no matter how scared he gets, he never barks or growls. He sweetly just sits down next to you.
This gorgeous guy needs to get out of the shelter and into a home, where he can feel safe and relax.
He needs a chance to just breathe.
