Houston Humane Society has reduced adoptions fees for 40 pound and up dogs to $23 to help with the 28 dogs rescued from us.

The Houston Humane Society needs the community help in finding temporary and permanent homes for dozens of dogs left stranded after a Pasadena animal shelter was destroyed in a tornado on Tuesday.
