Phoebe is 34 lbs. of pure personality. She is bouncy and fun and playful with no concept at all of this whole “personal space” thing people keep mentioning. 😄
She wants to give you all the love and kisses, but only when she’s not busy exploring new sights and smells or having the best time playing with toys or running around outside.
She loves everyone she meets (both human and canine) and is just a doll.
