The Pasadena Fire Department is saddened to share that past Fire Chief Maxie W. Carter has passed away. Chief Carter was a long serving member of the Pasadena Fire Department. From serving as District Lieutenant, District Captain, District Chief, Assistant Chief, and Fire Chief, Chief Carter’s passion for the fire department and city is unparalleled.
