The Animal Shelter has two German Shepherds on the adoption block almost identical both are lovely. One for $5 or two for $10 go’n get’em

Oakley and Dudley are next-door neighbors here. Their kennels are side by side. They are both German Shepherds, both about the same size, the same age. Both were even found in parks.

Now, Dudley looks like he is getting ready to go home. We’d love for that to be another thing these two handsome guys have in common.

Oakley is an absolute sweetheart. He’s a big guy (about 69 lbs.) but he’s a gentle giant. He usually just strolls along by your side, taking in the sights kind of nonchalantly.

He perks up for playtime outside, and he definitely gets a little pep in his step if you open a can of dog food 😄, but for the most part, this is a very laidback guy who is a favorite of volunteers and staff.

His neighbor, Dudley, has an adoption application pending; now it’s time for sweet Oakley to get one too!

If you’re the one who can give him that, please come by and meet him soon. Ask for five-year-old Oakley (A160920) when you stop in.
