PPD Officer T. Cannon rocked the Texas Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association Convention with his brilliant presentation on AI.

The Pasadena Police Department’s Community Services Division attended the Texas Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association Convention hosted by Region One CPAAA and the Pasadena Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association at the South Shore Harbor Resort and Conference Center.

Members attended training sessions for three days alongside officers from across the state. Topics included high-profile murder investigations, dangerous motorcycle gangs, fentanyl, citizen response to an active shooter, DPS air support, and personal safety out in public. (To name a few!)

The Pasadena Police Department was represented by Officer T. Cannon, who spoke about Artificial Intelligence and its use in crimes and scams. Officer Cannon received high praise for his presentation, and many attendees expressed that his training session was their favorite!
