🤡 Luc Le Tran was caught with a car full of narcotics, probably trying to turn his vehicle into a mobile pharmacy on wheels. Not on Precinct 8 Deputy Self’s watch.

On Friday, August 9, 2024, Precinct 8 Deputy A. Self with Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office observed a vehicle stopped in the moving lane of traffic. Deputy Self approached the vehicle and made contact with the driver who was identified as 38 year old Luc Le Tran. Tran displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Deputy Self proceeded to administer the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined the driver was unable to operate a motor vehicle. Upon a search of the vehicle, deputies located 2.54 grams of Xanax 8.02 grams of Hydrocodone, 10.25 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges for Driving While Intoxicated and felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Tran was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where his bonds were set a total of $5,100.
