GCVOFTF Pasadena Team captured a fugitive wanted for multiple counts of sexual assault of a child on Puerto Rico’s Most Wanted List.

The Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force is a United States Marshals administered task force whose mission is to apprehend violent fugitives. While the GCVOFTF’s area of responsibility encompasses almost the entire Texas Gulf Coast, the GCVOFTF Pasadena Team primarily works within the Houston Region on fugitive cases connected to investigations in Pasadena and other surrounding agencies.

Recently, members of the GCVOFTF Pasadena Team were made aware of a fugitive who was on Puerto Rico’s most wanted list for multiple counts of sexual assault of a child. They developed information that this fugitive was possibly in the area. Ultimately, our team located the suspect, arrested him, and extradited him to Puerto Rico.

The team has selflessly chosen to serve in a division that seeks the most violent offenders to protect the people who live and work in our area. Their bravery in fulfilling their mission is a testament to their character and the embodiment of the selfless service of the members of the Pasadena Police Department.
