Public works crews are on the scene of a major water line break at Red Bluff & Bay Area Blvd. This will require water to be shut off to INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ADDRESSES that are serviced by the City of Pasadena on both sides of Bay Area Blvd. between Red Bluff and Choate Road (possibly as far east as Highway 146).
