October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Each October domestic violence organizations coordinate and participate in local, state, and national events promoting advocacy and raising awareness. Purple Thursday is one of those events!
We invite you to wear PURPLE on Thursday, October 17th, also known as Domestic Violence Awareness Day, because we all have a role in promoting healthy relationships and building a healthy community.
Join us on #PurpleThursday and use wearing purple as a conversation starter and share why ending domestic violence is important to you.
