During a stressful moment when a community member, Ms. Tina, got a flat tire, Officer Turpin stepped in to lend a helping hand. Touched by his actions, Ms. Tina wrote a heartfelt letter to our Chief, who couldn’t be prouder of Turpin’s willingness to go above and beyond.
Officers wear many hats and often do far more than what is required of them. This is a perfect example of true community service, setting an inspiring standard not only for our community but also for new officers learning the full scope of what it means to serve.
