In a twist, Precinct 2 deputies caught Antoine breaking in, only to discover a warrant had his name on it.

While on active patrol, the dedicated Dayshift Harris County Constable Precinct Two deputies responded to an “in progress call for service,” a male trying to break into an apartment.

Deputies made contact with the subject, who was identified by his Texas driver’s license as ANTOINE CARVELLE FRANK. Upon checking the Texas Law Enforcement Database, the Harris County Constable’s Office Deputies learned that ANTONIE CARVELLE FRANK had an outstanding warrant from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office for ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY INJURY.

The dedicated Harris County Constable’s Precinct Two dispatchers confirmed the felony warrant with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. ANTOINE CARVELLE FRANK was placed into custody for the Active ASSAULT Warrant. He was later transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center, where he was booked and released to the jail staff with no further incident and in good health
