Fill the Bus is a collaborative effort involving the City of Pasadena, Pasadena Independent School District, and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. Launched by the City of Pasadena in 2018, this initiative supports local teachers by providing essential school supplies. Each year, educators particularly those in Title I districts such as Pasadena ISD often have to purchase classroom supplies with their own money. Fill the Bus addresses this challenge by supplying the necessary materials for all children in Pasadena, while also giving teachers the flexibility to choose the resources that best fit their classroom needs.
