If your vehicle breaks down on a Houston-area freeway (main lanes, shoulders, ramps, or HOV/HOT lanes), Tow and Go will tow you to a safe location within one mile for free!
✅ Flat tire? If you have a spare and tools, they’ll help change it—also free!
🚫 This service does not cover crashes, abandoned vehicles, or law-enforcement incidents. Standard towing rates apply in those cases.
📞 If you call your own tow truck, it must arrive before law enforcement dispatches Tow and Go.
🚗 In a crash with no injuries and your car can still move? Move it off the freeway to a safe spot before exchanging info.
