TOLL ROAD VIOLATOR ARRESTED ON OPEN FELONY WARRANT
On Wednesday July 23, 2025, a Sergeant with Constable Jerry Garcia’s Toll Road Division received an alert that a vehicle traveling along the 5400 block of the South Sam Houston Tollway had several thousand dollars in open toll road violations. The Sergeant quickly caught up to the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted at the 6100 block of the South Sam Houston Tollway.
During the stop the driver was found to have an Open Felony Warrant through the Harris County Sheriff’s Office for Drug Possession. At this time 22 year old Rufus Scott was taken into custody without incident for the Felony Warrant, and transported to the Harris County Jail. Please stay safe and God Bless.
