During the final week of July 2025, La Porte Police Department’s Sergeant Brian Larkey (front row, far right) was recognized for receiving the FBI LEEDA Trilogy award. The Trilogy Series, comprising the (1) Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI), (2) Command Leadership Institute (CLI) , and (3) Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) is designed to provide a comprehensive leadership education for Law Enforcement officials. This is a significant milestone for Sergeant Larkey, a 25-year veteran of LPPD. LPPD is very proud of his ongoing pursuit in the areas of leadership and supervisory development.
