🚨 DWI Arrest in Harris County Precinct 2 🚨
On Saturday, 8/23/2025, Harris County Precinct 2 Toll Road Deputies, while on active patrol, observed a male driver slumped asleep behind the wheel at the intersection of Sabo Rd and the South Sam Houston Parkway East. Witnesses reported the vehicle had been stalled at the intersection, asleep through multiple light cycles.
Deputies safely woke the driver and moved him to a safer location. The driver showed multiple signs of intoxication, leading to a DWI investigation. After refusing to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), charges for Driving While Intoxicated were accepted by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
The driver, identified as 34-year-old Victor Rodriguez Hernandez, was arrested and booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center without incident.
