While on active patrol, the dedicated Dayshift Harris County Constable Precinct Two deputies responded to a suspicious male call for service.
Deputies made contact with the subject, who was identified by his Texas driver’s license as JOEL PENA; PENA stated that he wanted to turn himself in for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office active warrant for Family Violence AGGRAVATED ASSAULT.
The dedicated Harris County Constable’s Precinct Two dispatchers confirmed the felony warrant with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. JOEL PENA was placed into custody for the Active Felony Warrant. He was later transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center, where he was booked and released to the jail staff with no further incident and in good health.
