Warrant Arrest Made During Roadway Solicitation Stop
While patrolling the area of Clearwood and the Gulf Freeway, a Precinct 2 Deputy observed a male soliciting in the roadway. The individual, identified as Esteban Solis, was found to have two active Class C warrants. One of the warrants was confirmed by South Houston Police Department. Solis was placed under arrest and transported to South Houston PD for booking.
