Congratulations to all the strong women who completed the R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) course a few weeks ago! Your courage and determination to take control of your safety is inspiring!
Through this comprehensive program, these women acquired practical and realistic self-defense techniques, that started with situational awareness and prevention and progressed to hands-on defense training. In addition to the valuable skills learned along the way, they also gained confidence in their strength and resolve to be their own first line of defense in a compromising situation. The true value of this course is immeasurable and we encourage all women to come out to future classes!
