Constable Sandlin and the Precinct 8 team spread joy to the Harris family at Project Joy and Hope, bringing smiles to little faces.

Constable Sandlin and members of the Precinct 8 Constable’s Office had the pleasure of delivering gifts to the Harris family who are current residents of Project Joy and Hope in Pasadena. This is the seventh year that we have teamed up with this organization, whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for families and children who live with life-limiting conditions.

Project Joy and Hope provides a “home away from home” for seriously ill children, those who have undergone a transplant and children requiring hospice care.

This is something we look forward to each year and our staff is always happy to give back to the community we serve. It’s a blessing for us to do something that brings some joy to children’s lives in the midst of so much sadness and struggle.

We wish the Harris family a very Merry Christmas and we pray for healing for Kayleana.
