We’ve listened to your concerns and we hear you loud and clear 📢 abandoned and junk vehicles have been taking up space on our community streets, and we’re taking action. 🚗💨
This week, Harris County Precinct 2 Constable Deputies will be identifying and stickering abandoned or junk motor vehicles with a 72-hour removal notice. Vehicles with expired registration, no insurance, that have not moved in an extended period, or have weeds growing underneath will be considered abandoned. If the vehicle is not moved within 72 hours, it will be towed.
If you have a vehicle that hasn’t moved in a while, now is the time to give it some attention or a new parking spot before removal becomes necessary. Together, we can keep our neighborhoods clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone. ✨
