Spencer Highway has reopened. The lanes closest to the pipeline grounds are closed so construction crews can safely conduct repairs and move heavy machinery. The middle turning lane of Spencer Highway has been converted into a westbound lane to accommodate traffic flow.
The eastbound lanes are open for normal traffic flow. East Meadows subdivision entrance remains closed.
As the pipeline and electrical infrastructure are repaired, temporary road closures may be needed throughout the repair process. Please be cautious when commuting on Spencer Highway from Luella to East Blvd.
