Fifteen students have joined the inaugural IMPACT NextGen Leadership program at Pasadena High.

15 Students. One Community. A New Generation of Pasadena Leaders.
For six cohorts, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce IMPACT Pasadena leadership program has brought together business owners, community leaders, elected officials, and professionals from across our city to strengthen leadership and build a better City of Pasadena, Texas.
Now, for the FIRST TIME, that opportunity is being extended to high school students, and it all begins right here at Pasadena High School!
Friday, we proudly welcomed our inaugural class of 15 IMPACT NextGen Leadership students for their first full-day leadership experience.
Developed as a legacy project of the IMPACT Pasadena Cohort of 2025, this new initiative connects our students with the businesses, industries, civic leaders, and community organizations shaping the future of Pasadena.
Throughout the year, these 15 Eagles will experience opportunities that go far beyond the classroom, building leadership skills, developing meaningful relationships, and discovering career pathways right here in the community they call home.
We are especially proud that this historic first cohort is launching on the north side of Pasadena, creating new opportunities for our students to see what is possible for their futures.
A tremendous thank you to the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Pasadena, the IMPACT Pasadena Class of 2025, Pasadena Independent School District , and the many community partners and mentors investing in our students.
The next generation of Pasadena leaders is already here. And they’re Eagles!
Eagle Pride Never Dies!
