We are currently accepting applications for the Deer Park Citizen’s Police Academy Class 49!
The Deer Park CPA is offered to citizen’s who live, work, or attend school or church in the City of Deer Park. The CPA is a 14 week public awareness program geared toward teaching you the internal operations of DPPD.
Classes meet on Thursday nights from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
You can expect demonstrations, tours, hands on activities and you can ride along on patrol or sit in with dispatch.
Learn about firearms safety, S.W.A.T., and even get to meet K9 Roni and Officer Nitchman.
