It has been ten years since the last reunion of the Crazy Ladies, five women who have been friends since high school. Menopause has arrived and the ladies are crazier than ever. The mission is to convince Kay, the gun-toting tom boy, to marry Shaun (the guy she once kidnapped and held accountable for the sins of all men).
The five menopausal women are lured to a motel by a kidnapper who has seriously underestimated his prey. A weekend of madness and mayhem ensues as the women seize control and marry the kidnapper off to one of their group.

CHARACTERS:
(All roles are available.)

Pam (Female, late 40s – 50s) – Type-A, list-making, control freak with secret aspirations of becoming a crime novelist. The unofficial leader of the “Crazy Ladies.”

Kay (Female, late 40s – 50s) – Gun-toting, camouflage-wearing, rough & tumble tom boy & chocoholic with a short temper and a BIG secret. The muscle of the Crazy Ladies.”

Dianne (Female, late 40s – 50s) – Usually a page behind everyone else. Thoroughly sincere and well-meaning, but often misses the point. The comic relief of the “Crazy Ladies.”

Sandy (Female, late 40s – 50s) – Reformed party girl/alcoholic turned ordained protestant minister… collar and all. The moral compass of the “Crazy Ladies.”

Rachel (Female, late 40s – 50s) – Despite her humble beginnings, she is now a renown international travel writer. She just can’t help herself from describing all of the exotic places she’s been. The bougie one of the “Crazy Ladies.”

Shaun (Male, late 40s – 50s) – A former high school star athlete now LONG past his prime. He has a complicated history with the five “Crazy Ladies,” but he sincerely loves Kay.
