Garcia was last seen on September 16, 2024 around 11:20 PM near the 4400 block of S Shaver St. Garcia is 15 years of age, is 5’10” tall, weighs 185 lbs. and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, red shorts and black flip flops.
