Three suspects went to the victim’s house to solicit for “Houston Elite.” After they rang the doorbell, the victim did not answer, so the suspects left.
Approximately one hour later, one of the suspects returned to the residence and took an envelope that was taped to the victim’s front door. The envelope contained cash and was payment for the repartees’ lawn service.
