Help Precinct 2 locate Mr. Juber Sandoval, who went missing on July 5th. He was last seen wearing a festive blue t-shirt and a cap.

MISSING PERSON – PLEASE SHARE

The Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 2 is asking for the public’s help in locating Mr. Juber Sandoval, who was reported missing by his family on July 9, 2025.

Mr. Sandoval was last seen leaving his residence on July 5, 2025, and has not returned home. He was captured on surveillance video briefly returning to the residence on July 20, 2025, where he rang the doorbell but then walked away again. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Mr. Sandoval is described as a White/Hispanic male, approximately 5’10”, weighing 180 lbs, with gray hair, brown eyes.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing:
A blue Fourth of July t-shirt featuring Lilo from Disney’s Lilo & Stitch riding a firework
Blue jeans
Camo sneakers
A tan Houston Texans baseball cap

Mr. Sandoval has a history of mental health concerns and is believed to be off his medication, which may be contributing to his confusion and disorientation.
