Deputies with Harris County Precinct 2 Constable Jerry Garcias offices, were flagged down in reference to a one-vehicle accident in the 9800 block of Blackhawk Blvd. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver, identified as Jason M. Aleman, and observed several signs of impairment.
Mr. Aleman admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to operating the vehicle. Deputies conducted a Standardized Field Sobriety Test, after which Mr. Aleman was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
He was transported and booked into the Harris County Jail without further incident.
Disposition: Subject arrested for DWI.
