Join the Pasadena Police Department’s R.A.D. a women’s self-defense course to learn vital skills while having fun and gaining confidence over four evenings.

The Pasadena Police Department is proud to offer a women’s self-defense course starting on April 9, 2025.

This four-day course will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the following dates: April 9, 10, 16, and 17. The program is open to women aged 14 and older.

R.A.D. empowers women by teaching them to take an active role in their own self-defense and psychological well-being. This program offers practical and realistic self-defense techniques and tactics. The comprehensive course begins by focusing on awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance, then progresses to hands-on defensive training.
