Jonathan the 🤡, a felon found in possession of narcotics and firearms, was arrested after Precinct 8 Deputies discovered drugs and guns in his apartment.

On December 5, 2024, Precinct 8 Deputy Macik and Patrol Deputies responded to the 3500 block of Red Bluff Rd to serve an eviction notice. Deputies attempted to make contact with the residents but were unable to after multiple attempts. Deputies ultimately made entry into the apartment and located two male subjects and a small child. One of the male subjects was identified as 35 year old Jonathan Alex Salazar. While conducting their investigation, Deputies observed marijuana in plain view. Deputies proceeded to conduct a search and located a total of 2.19 lbs. of marijuana, 8.1 grams of methamphetamine, 2 firearms and drug paraphernalia. Deputies Langley and Saif placed Salazar in custody.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges felony charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon on Salazar. Salazar was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where is bonds were set at $80,000 total. At the time of his arrest, it was revealed Salazar was out on bond for two felony charges for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon.
