📣 Upcoming R.A.D. Self-Defense Course for Women 📣
The Pasadena Police Department is proud to offer a free women’s self-defense course this September. This four-day course will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the following dates:
September 2, 4, 9, and 11
R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) empowers women by promoting confidence, situational awareness, and physical self-defense techniques. The course begins with strategies on awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance, before transitioning into hands-on defense training.
This program is open to women ages 14 and older.
