Local leaders engaged in discussions with Pasadena police and fire chiefs, strengthening community ties and shared aspirations for a brighter future.

Earlier this week, the Police Department hosted a panel Q and A with Impact Pasadena, a leadership development course sponsored through the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. This initiative encourages local leaders and business owners to learn more about local and state government, with the goal of encouraging future participation and collaboration amongst our citizens. During this panel, participants got to hear from Police Chief Wright, Assistant Chief Dombrowa, Assistant Chief Warnke, and Fire Chief Armstrong. While answering questions compiled by the participants, they explained some of their department’s biggest strengths, accomplishments, and future goals.

Hosting this event was just a small way we could give back to the Chamber, as they have always shown such vigorous support of important department programs like P.A.C.E. (Pasadena Accreditation & Community Empowerment Program), R.A.M.P. (Resiliency and Mentorship Program), and the Assist the Officer fund. We thank the Chamber of Commerce for including us in this effort and look forward to future opportunities to share our dreams and successes with upcoming leaders within our community.
