Today was a wonderful day to celebrate promotions and awards at the La Porte Police Department. Sergeant Anthony Bish was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Detective Tobie Bogue was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Dispatcher Charlene Fox received a Life Saving Award, DOT Officer Lee Pinon received a Medal of Valor, Detective Kelly Green received a Chief’s Commendation, and Crime Scene Investigator Juan Gonzalez received a Chief’s Commendation.
