LPPD Criminal Investigations Division is seeking help identifying a theft suspect in case number 24-02481. On Wednesday September 11, 2024, during the Noon hour at El Toro, a male suspect is reported to have walked out on his tab without paying. Surveillance images show a white male dressed in a white Jordan t-shirt, tan or gray shorts, white slides with black socks and has a beard. The suspect ordered a meal and two drinks from the bar. Afterwards, he placed a credit card on the table and walked out of the restaurant, leaving the scene on a bicycle. The card left was declined. It was discovered the card that the suspect left belongs to someone else who lost the card and immediately deactivated it. If you recognize the male seen in the images, please contact Sgt.
