The Pasadena Police Department is proud to introduce Officer S. Trevino as the newest instructor at the Pasadena Police Academy. With an impressive 21 years of dedicated service to the Pasadena Police Department, Officer Trevino brings a wealth of experience and expertise. She has dedicated the majority of her career to the Family Violence Division, specializing in complex cases involving family violence and sex crimes.
She is a certified Master Peace Officer, earning numerous additional certifications throughout her career and staying committed to her professional growth. She is a long-standing member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, a RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) instructor, and a trusted Peer Support member for her fellow officers.
