Red, a one-year-old American Staffordshire mix, is seeking a new home after being surrendered due to his previous family’s allergies. Friendly with other dogs, Red is described by shelter staff as affectionate and well-behaved. He walks nicely on a leash, knows basic commands like “sit,” and recently enjoyed a day at the park. Weighing 48 pounds and already neutered and vaccinated, Red is also heartworm negative. The Pasadena Animal Shelter invites potential adopters or fosters to meet Red and consider giving him a second chance. Adoption and fostering are available at no cost, with supplies included for fosters. Interested parties can visit the shelter at 5150 Burke Rd or contact the shelter for more information.
