Constables Execute Another Successful Search Warrant On a Known Drug House
On Friday, March 7th , 2025, Deputies with Constable Jerry Garcia’s Special Operations Unit executed a Search Warrant on a known Drug House. The Special Operations Unit was aided with this Warrant by members of the US Marshals, DEA-Galveston.
The Special Operations Unit recorded a tip on this residence several weeks prior about possible drug activity. The Unit immediately began to investigate and was able to develop enough evidence to have a Search Warrant signed on March 5th, 2025. Upon executing the Search Warrant without incident, Deputies discovered narcotics and were able to locate and arrest the targets of this investigation. The narcotics that were in the residence were seized and approximately 20,000 dollars in U.S. Currency were located. Deputies also recovered numerous amounts of Narcotics Packaging items, several firearms, and several other items found to be evidence for this case. The primary suspects were identified as 42-year-old Walter Lucious Jenkins, 41-year-old Xavier Kennard Womack and 37-year-old Domonique De-Shaun Foster Jackson who were located inside the residence and taken into custody without incident. Upon completion of this investigation, Mr. Jonkins, Womack and Jackson were charged with two counts each of “Possession of a Controlled Substances with Intent to Distribute” Also, Mr. Jonkins and Womack were additionally charged with “Felon in Possession of a Firearm”. Constable Jerry Garcia wants to thank the assistance from US Marshals Office and DEA-Galveston for assisting with this successful Investigation, as well as all his deputies involved.
