🚔 Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest in Harris County 🚔
On February 14, 2025, Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct #2 were patrolling the 7800 block of the South Sam Houston Tollway East, when they conducted a routine traffic stop.
After making contact with the driver and further investigation, the driver, identified as 37-year-old Khanh Pham, gave deputies consent to search his vehicle.
The search revealed a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Following the discovery, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted, and they accepted charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance against Mr. Pham.
Mr. Pham was then booked into the Harris County Jail without incident.
