On Sunday, December 22, 2024, Deputies assigned to the Southbelt contract observed a vehicle stopped at the intersection of the 10900 block of Hughes and Beamer. The driver appeared to be asleep inside a running vehicle.
After washing up the driver, the Deputies noticed multiple signs of intoxication and attempted to perform the Standard Field Sobriety Tests. The driver refused to perform the tests and was ultimately detained. The driver later identified as Rayne Ingraham was taken to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where she was booked for the suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated.
District Deputies assigned to the District Division conducted a traffic stop at the 7800 block of Airport Blvd. for a speeding vehicle. The vehicle continued traveling at a high rate of speed causing distance from the Deputy and refused to stop.
The vehicle entered a secured parking lot ultimately causing the Deputy to lose visual. Deputies were eventually able to gain access and find the vehicle. During the investigation, Deputies were able to locate the driver who was later identified as Anthony Huitron, who was found to have 6 warrants. An additional charge was filed for evading in a motor vehicle.
