Constables Execute a Successful Search Warrant
On Friday, April 4th, 2025, Deputies with Constable Jerry Garcia’s Special Operations Unit executed a Search Warrant at a storefront-type business that was being utilized for the sale of illicit drugs. The Special Operations Unit investigated a couple of months where several purchases were made by undercover officers. The overall investigation also uncovered that the makeshift business was being utilized as a place for prostitution. A special thanks to members of the US Marshals Office, Drug Enforcement Agency, Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 8 Street Crimes Unit & other agencies who assisted with the successful apprehension of several suspects, who were ultimately charged with felony offenses.
The list below outlines some of the evidence that was recovered:
Cocaine – 268.69 grams
Heroin – 13.2 grams
Marijuana – 1 lb (453.59 grams)
THC Edibles -661 grams
5 handguns
1 sawed-off 410 shotgun
Approximately $20,000 in cash.
3 arrests for Man/Del and Unlawful Possession Firearms by Felon
1 arrest for outstanding warrant (Assault F/V Felony)
