To close out Principal Appreciation Month, we asked several of our principals to share what keeps them connected to this work.
Their answers were different, but the heart behind them was the same: people.
They spoke about campuses that feel like home, communities that helped shape them, incredible staff members who show up for kids every day, and the simple joy of seeing a student smile and knowing you made a difference.
Their stories remind us that being a principal is more than leading a school. It is serving a community, believing in people, and creating a place where students and staff know they belong.
Thank you to all of our Pasadena ISD principals for leading with heart and reminding us why this work matters. ❤️🏫
