Pasadena’s new emergency siren system will transform the city into a well-prepared fortress, ready to scream at any disaster.

👀 What IS that thing?!?! 👀 The City of Pasadena Office of Emergency Management is updating and expanding our emergency siren system to better serve our residents. These sirens are designed to cover the ENTIRE 60+ square mile footprint Pasadena. The sound will alert citizens to shelter in place during HAZMAT incidents or weather events, such as tornados. The cities of Pasadena, Deer Park and LaPorte all test our sirens at the same time, each Saturday at Noon.
