As part of their continuous efforts to support the community, Phillips 66 made a generous donation in the form of a $10,000 grant to the Pasadena Assist the Officer Fund.
The Assist the Officer Fund is a non-profit organization created and operated by members of the Pasadena Police Department to support officers and their families in times of tragedy and great need and provide scholarships to the children of department members.
Phillips 66 employee Wendy Heiserman facilitated the grant. Wendy is the sister of Officer Kerry Heiserman, who tragically passed away in January of this year. Wendy knew how much Kerry valued this organization as one of its founding members.
