Officer Haesly from the Community Engagement Unit was invited to participate in L. B. Keller Middle School’s STEM Festival, so she brought a hands-on activity for the students to enjoy. Keeping it police related, she set up a fingerprinting station, giving students a fun and interactive way to learn about forensic science and how fingerprints are used in real-world investigations. It was a great opportunity to spark curiosity, answer questions, and show students how science and law enforcement go hand in hand.
