PPD shines a spotlight on the incredible abilities of individuals with developmental disabilities and rally for inclusion and support their remarkable journeys.

🌟 March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month! 🌟

This month, we celebrate the strength, talents, and contributions of individuals with developmental disabilities. It’s a time to foster inclusion, break down barriers, and amplify voices.

It is estimated that 1 in 6 children (aged 3-17) have at least one or more developmental disabilities. Some developmental disabilities include Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Dravet Syndrome, Epilepsy, Dyslexia, and Rett Syndrome.

Let’s work together to build a world where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive! Ways we choose to show support is by attending the Special Olympics Texas Tip-a-Cop Event at Texas Roadhouse and by participating in events with Ainsley’s Angels in Texas athletes!
