On December 19th, 2024, Deputies with Constable Jerry Garcia’s “Special Operations Unit”, Patrol Deputies and the assistance of the U.S. Marshals (Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force) executed a successful Arrest Warrant on a known male located in the 10400 block of Sagetrail Dr. in Houston TX, 77089.
Upon executing this Search Warrant in the early morning hours, Deputies were able to successfully take 24-year-old Ivan Benjamin Rosales into custody without incident. As deputies were inside the home, they observed narcotics in plain view all throughout the home. Numerous amounts of Narcotics, Packaging items, several firearms, and other illegal items were recovered. The narcotics recovered are the following: 18lbs of Marijuana, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, Oxycodone, 375lbs of promethazine/codeine, 12 firearms; seven of which were stolen and several thousand dollars in U.S. currency.
Upon completion of this investigation, Suspect Ivan Benjamin Rosales was arrest for the Felony Warrant and charged with felony Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to distribute.
Constable Garcia wants to thank the assistance from U.S. Marshals (Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force) for assisting with this successful arrest warrant and investigation, as well as all his Deputies involved.
