On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, deputies were dispatched to 1801 W. Bay Area Blvd. in regard to someone shoplifting at a Target store. Upon arrival, asset protection had a female detained. The female was later identified as 33-year-old Kendall Campbell, who was observed concealing items and passing all points of sale without paying.
Upon further investigation, it was found that the female was in possession of crack cocaine. The Harris County district attorney was presented with the facts, and charges were accepted for theft and possession of a controlled substance. The Kendall was booked into the Harris County jail without any incident.
