EVENING SHIFT HARRIS COUNTY PRECINCT 2 DEPUTIES ARREST A FEMALE FOR SHOPLIFTING AT A LOCAL TARGET.
On Tuesday June 17, 2025, deputies received a call for service regarding a female who was concealing merchandise inside of a personal hand bag at a Target located at 1801 W. Bay Area Blvd.
The female was identified as 17 year old Athena Camargo. Athena was detained after passing all points of sale, the property belonging to target valued approximately $255.00. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted the misdemeanor charge of theft.
Athena was arrested and booked into Harris County jail without further incident.
